| Minimum of 10 years of direct experience in diagnosing and solving problems with wide area networks and LANs utilizing TCP/IP, RIP2, OSPF, spanning tree protocol, MPLS, FLANS and IPSEC Tunneling. | | |
| Eight (8) years direct experience in managing, configuring and troubleshooting Cisco switches, routers and firewalls. | | |
| Five (5) years direct experience in managing, configuring and troubleshooting Nortel switches and routers. | | |
| Five (5) years direct experience in managing, configuring and troubleshooting Juniper (Netscreen) firewalls. | | |
| Five (5) years direct experience inutilizing Sniffer protocol analyzer/nGenius Infinistream to troubleshoot application and network problems. | | |
| Five (5) years direct experience in utilizing ApplicationVantage protocol analyzer to troubleshoot application and network problems. | | |
| Three (3) years direct experience in utilizing ClientVantage Agentless to troubleshoot application and network problems. | | |
| Three (3) years direct experience in developing and providing formal training classes on network equipment including Cisco and Juniper products | | |
