| Experience must include: · Active participation in the development of large applications. · Evaluation of existing systems. · Analyses of existing systems. · Drawing up of proposals to enhance or replace applications. · Proposed solutions design. · Project planning, resource identification, resource allocation, tasks identification and classification. |
| Competent skills in UML. |
