Oppurtunity for Middleware developer Java

This is open to all who has authorization to work in US.

 

Title: Technical Lead

Duration: 1220 hours

Location: Park Place, NYC, NY

 

Required:

At least 8 years of experience architecting complex large scale systems incorporating packaged and custom applications

Experience with designing applications using IBM WebSphere Message Broker, MQ and JMS

 Must have experience in implementing message flows, exception handling, SOAP and HTTP nodes in message broker

Experience with relational databases preferably Oracle;

A minimum of 2 years of experience in an architect role and a minimum of 5 years in Java/J2EE development

Strong knowledge of XML Technologies (XML, XSL, XSD);

Familiar with PKI architecture and understand how server-client certificate works

Ability to plan technical architecture and develop documentation;

Ability to document technical deliverables including system architecture

Solid knowledge of testing tools and techniques;

Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders; must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources;

In depth knowledge of data sharing standards (XML reference documents)

Must take initiative, be a decisive decision-maker and show confidence in decisions made

Must be able to take strategic direction from executive management and participate in strategic planning activities throughout the lifetime of the project;

 

Desired:

A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field

Knowledge of National Information Exchange Methodology (NIEM)

Web service development experience; experience with WS-* second generation standards

Prior government project experience (NYC strongly preferred).
