Required:
1. Novell/GroupWise account creation and administration at the 6.x level or higher
2. eDirectory/Active Directory synchronization
3. Trouble-shooting techniques including:
a. Novell clustering
b. User login problems
c. User permission problems
d. Windows-based client/server access problems
e. Network printer problems
4. Novell Cluster services
5. Novell OES Linux/SUSE Linux Enterprise Sever
6. Proficient with NDPS/iPrint network printing
7. Knowledge and experience in the development and delivery of end-user training materials
8. Experience in technical writing and developing/documenting administrator standards and procedures *
9. Excellent oral and written communication skills *

Desired:
1. Knowledge and Novell/GroupWise integration experience using the following products:
a. Biscom
b. Caminosoft
c. Nexic
2. Knowledge and experience with Blackberry Enterprise Server and Blackberry support
3. Demonstrated experience with Health Related organizations
4. Experience with large government organizations
5. Project management skills
6. Experience with HIPAA regulations
7. Experience with an AD deployment
